Welcome to Loggin' Off, a log cabin built in 2024 in the heart of Wintergreen. This 6 bedroom home sleeps 15 and features an open floor plan perfect for groups. Inside, you'll love the grand living room, fully stocked kitchen with high end finishes, loft, and downstairs game room. Outside, soak in the hot tub, chat around the gas firepit, or dine al fresco on the covered porch. Plus, pet friendly! Managed by Chris at New School Hosting.

The house is about a 3 minute drive to the slopes, dining, and everything else Wintergreen has to offer. There are several fantastic hiking trails throughout Wintergreen. If you’re willing to venture a bit further, some of the best hiking trails in the state are off the Blue Ridge Parkway (15 minutes from the cabin), two sandy-beach-entrance lakes plus a community pool for swimming, and over dozen wineries, breweries, and distilleries within a 30 minute drive.

The home layout is as follows:

Main level:

- Great room with ample seating and wood fireplace (firewood provided)
- Kitchen with stainless appliances (including double wall oven) and everything you need to prepare large meals, plus bar seating for 4
- Dining area with table for 6-7
- BR1: Queen bedroom
- BR2: Queen bedroom
- Full bathroom in hallway
- Laundry room
- Upper deck with covered table that seats 6, gas grill, and couch area around propane fire table. Propane provided for fire table and grill.

Upper level:

- BR3: Queen bedroom
- Full bathroom
- Loft area with a few comfy chairs

Lower level:

- Additional living room / game room with couch, TV, and two arcade games
- BR4: XL Twin-over-queen bunk bed (*note: perfectly comfortable for adults!)
- BR5: XL Twin-over-queen bunk bed
- BR6: XL Twin-over-queen bunk bed
- Full bathroom in hallway
- Lower deck with hot tub and outdoor couch

Other things to note:

- Loggin' Off is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night).
- Wintergreen offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course, golfing, and much more.
- The driveway can fit about 5 vehicles.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. The 3 queen bedrooms, plus the living room and the downstairs game room, feature a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- Linens and towels provided
- Guests can enjoy free community pool access in the summer season (though the HOA rules stipulate no more than 6 guests at a time, and the permitted hours are 2-6pm).
- Pack n play and high chair provided
- Please note that if you would like to send packages to the property, you do so at your own risk. USPS is particularly unreliable. We can not be held responsible for late or undelivered packages. Additionally, we charge $25 for any return services requested, in additional to actual postage.
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.
