Hi Bruce, thank you for your kind review! I just wanted to mention that both silverware and plates are kept in the kitchen cabinets, and there should have been plenty available. I’m sorry if they were a bit difficult to find, but please don’t hesitate to reach out next time if anything is unclear!

Hello Erin, I want to sincerely apologize if you felt unsafe during your stay. As I mentioned previously, the house is equipped with Vivint security, including multiple cameras and lights, to ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests. When we spoke, you expressed concerns about the appearance of people passing by, which led to your decision to leave. As you mentioned, you left within an hour of arriving, without fully settling in or giving the house a fair chance. Therefore, claiming that the home is unsafe for children or pets, or that there are holes in the walls, is simply not accurate. I understand that we were unable to provide a refund as per Vrbo’s policy, which was beyond our control. However, the house was exactly as advertised, and the location remained unchanged from what was described in the listing. It is unfortunate that the house did not meet your expectations, but I believe it is important to clarify that some of the concerns you raised are unfounded. We would have loved the opportunity to host you properly, and it is regrettable that we couldn't find a better resolution.
