The second "bedroom" is a convertible room with a queen bed. This room can be separated from the main living room with a retractable screen when in use. When not in use, you can enjoy the expansive views from the large sliders overlooking the Bobcat Golf Course. There is a queen size sofa bed in the cozy living room. The kitchen has everything needed for long stays. There is a large screened balcony with a dining table to enjoy morning coffee and dinners watching the beautiful Florida sunsets. The condo is located minutes from multiple area beaches, downtown Venice, Atlanta Braves Spring Training Cool Today Park, downtown Wellen Park and dining.

The unit comes with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, beach tent, and shark tooth hunting supplies. There are also two bikes which can be used on the extensive trails throughout the community and the Venice area. There is a community pool within walking distance of the unit.

Your reservation requires a rental application through the HOA. This application needs to be completed no later than 15 days before renting and requires some personal details such as address and make/model of car. There is a 30 day minimum rental requirement.

There is one reserved/designated covered parking spot and multiple other spots to park if needed. Commercial/Recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, motorcycles, and campers are prohibited by the HOA.

No smoking in the unit or anywhere on the property including on the balcony and walkways. No parties. No pets per the HOA rules.
