This beautiful log cabin is nestled in the woods only minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort. Enjoy world-class skiing, golf, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, and fishing from your doorstep. Recharge afterwards in front of the living room fireplace, stargaze from the deck by the gas fire pit, or relax in the large hot tub!
The almost 2-acre property is heavily wooded, and full of natural wonder. Explore on foot or enjoy in a hammock, but watch out for wildlife in the area.
The space:
• 2 story cain in a wooded area featuring 4 sleeping areas and 2.5 bathrooms
• Full kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets necessary to make full meals
• Dining table with seating for 6
• Comfortable living room with a leather couch, flat screen TV, PS4 and gas fireplace
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Spacious porch and outdoor space
• Private hot tub
• Quiet wooded setting

• 10 minutes south of Breckenridge Ski Area and Main Street/downtown.
• 5 minutes from the McCullough Gulch trailhead.
• 6 minutes from the Quandary Peak trailhead (please check parking rules and regulations).
• 8 minutes from the top of Hoosier Pass, featuring sweeping views of the southern valley and the many 14ers located there. Several hiking trails in the area as well.
• This home is immersed in nature and provides a very private setting for you and your family and friends.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time. We are not responsible for inadequately equipped vehicles that are unable to navigate the driveway or surrounding roads.
» Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
