Freshly (July 2025) remodeled Kona retreat with vaulted ceilings and a partial ocean view from the lanai. Enjoy year-round comfort at 1,070 ft elevation in a bright, spacious home just 3.5 miles from the airport. You're minutes from beautiful beaches, golf courses, coffee farms, Costco, Walmart, and top local restaurants â your ideal Big Island base. Stylish, fully equipped, and perfectly located for exploring everything Kona has to offer. Live as local.
Youâll have the entire 2nd floor (1,240 sq ft) to yourself, with a private stairway and entry door. It also includes a large lanai/balcony for your private use.
The first floor is a studio unit that is completely separate with its own private stairway and entry door. There are no shared living spaces between the two units.
A washer and dryer are available in a shared laundry area. If the first-floor studio is occupied, guests there may also use the laundry.

At 1,070 ft elevation, our home enjoys cool evenings and gentle mountain breezesâoften much more comfortable than the lower-elevation downtown area. With this pleasant climate, thereâs no need for AC. Five ceiling and one floor fans are provided.
Beach Supplies:
Weâre happy to provide a beach umbrella, 3 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, and one snorkel set for you to enjoy during your stay. Please use them responsibly and at your own risk. By using these items, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur.
Quiet Hours:
Kailua-Kona has a noise curfew between the hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and let the sounds of the island carry you to sleep.
Note: A violation of this rule may result in a fine of up to $200.
HOUSE RULES
No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco use is strictly prohibited indoors.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Shoes Off: Please remove your shoes when entering the house.
No Parties or Events: No parties or gatherings are allowed. If neighbors are disturbed, the police may be called, and fines may be assessed.
Report Damages: Please inform us immediately of any damages that occur during your stay.
Dishes & Cleanup: Before checkout, load used dishes, pots, and pans into the dishwasher.
TRASH DISPOSAL
Place all trash in the designated bin located in the east side of the garage. There is no recycling on the island, so treat all waste as trash.

No Commercial Use: Photography or videography for commercial purposes is not allowed without prior approval.
Lock Up: Ensure all doors locked and windows are open when leaving.
