Welcome to your serene sanctuary in the pines! This newly built, contemporary home is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Set on 1.5 acres of towering pines, the space is the ideal place to unwind in style.

The space:

A beautiful, 1.5 acres in the tall pines. It's awesome and peaceful. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the breeze through the trees, the smell of the pines.... relax. Take a walk and enjoy. You are only minutes away from things you might need, but it's like you're in another world!

This is the Guesthouse, where our daughter Addye, who has Down Syndrome, hopes to live in the future. For now, she's sharing her home. She was involved in building the place and loves Addye's Hangout.

Sometimes we will be on the property in the main house, so please park in the places marked Guest Parking.

Enjoy the area, lots of close hiking, mountain biking, fishing, lake activities, and all those great outdoor activities in the cool pines!

Guest access:

The Guesthouse is on the back of the detached garage, the entrance facing Pine Needle Drive. Park where you see the Guest Parking signs. Park by the Guesthouse or in front of the garage and leave the front of the main house clear. Additional parking is available at the bottom of the property (down Spur). The garage is not available for guest usage.

Feel free to roam around the property, take a walk down the country road or in the woods. Watch for wildlife and enjoy the cool breeze.

There is a Video Doorbell on the entrance door.

Other things to note:

Pets are only allowed for special situations. Only small pets under 20 pounds, and/or service animals are allowed. There will be a $70 pet fee.

Special: on-site laundry for stays 7 days or longer. Access code will be provided.
