Beautiful home!

My family and I were so happy to have stayed here for our summer vacation! The house was immaculate and completely as-advertised in the listing. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beach is so close and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking at the ocean. Sarah the owner was super responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which was very helpful. The home exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be booking another stay in the future!

Amazing! Cannot wait to go back next year!

This property was beyond beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice. Every detail from the landscape, layout, choice in finishes as well as all the special touches from Sarah and Michael make it spectacular. The layout of the home is perfect for a larger group, and those with children. Our 3 kids loved the “bunk room” with their own bathroom! Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom allowing for privacy. And the multiple sitting areas were perfect for our group to relax, and not be on top of each other. The place we spent the most time (other than the beach that is about 20 steps away) is in the 3 season room. This was a great space to relax and eat! It is connected to the thoughtfully laid out patio area that has an area for lounging and an fire pit with 8 chairs! Michael stopped by to say hello during our stay and Sarah was always available for any questions. This home had everything you could need. We will be back next year, and hopefully many more years to come.

I cannot imagine staying somewhere else on The Cape after this truly amazing experience!

We went to the Cape for a week in June and were so lucky to come across the amazing property in Mashpee! My wife and our two small children along with two sets of Grandparents all stayed on the property. I cannot imagine staying somewhere else on The Cape after this truly amazing experience! Sarah (the owner) is awesome and helped ensure we were set up to support our two young children (high chairs, crib, safety rails). For people flying in from out of town, I cannot stress what a help this is. The house itself is incredible, with amazing indoor and outdoor living space....I really do not believe the pictures even do it justice. The beach is only steps away and so much fun for everyone to relax and watch the kids play in what feels like your own private beach. Mashpee is a beautiful part of the cape, the Commons nearby fulfilled all of my wife’s shopping needs. Grocery store is super convenient as well, only 10 minutes or so away. Falmouth or the Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is a short drive, and there is a little seafood house and some shops within walking distance. Thank you to Sarah for offering us so much guidance on trip as well....I cannot imagine we won’t be back!

Great family getaway

Family friendly house and location. Steps from beach. House inside is lovely and so comfortable and outside there is space for sitting, lounging and playing. The Cahill’s were helpful and a pleasure to meet. It was perfect.

Awesome!

Sarah was kind and attentive to detail. The property was awesome and the beach was within 300 feet. We had 7 adults and 5 grandchildren under the age of 8. Beautiful home steps from Poppy beach

We, two families of four adults and five children, had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. Beautifully decorated and stocked with all you will need, this home has it all. The Cahills were incredibly helpful and available to answer any questions. Our favorite part of the home was the screened in side porch, where we enjoyed coffee every AM while looking at the ocean. We highly recommend this home!!

The property/location/set up was amazing and exceeded our expectations and needs!

Great location and beautiful home. We had 5 kids (3-12) and grand parents and the house worked out perfect. So many great rooms/views/amenities and touches made the stay so much fun. The fenced in back yard and huge shed were added bonuses for our small children who are extremely active after beach visits/etc. The owners were super nice and responsive! Highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation

This is our third year having a family vacation in New Seabury and this year was outstanding. The house is beautiful and so close to the beach. Sarah was so nice and so helpful by checking in on us, suggesting restaurants and activities. Thank you, Sarah! We hope to be back soon!
