The Neighborhood:
Are you looking to relax right on the beach, while being close to Vallarta's best dining options? The Hotel Zone is right for you. Located just north of Old Town, the Hotel Zone has beautiful beaches and safe condominiums to enjoy, while also being close to the most trendy restaurants in Vallarta and centrally located between the Marina and Old Town. Grocery shopping and the trendy Isla shopping center is close by, in addition to being close to the departure of most tours in the Marina district.

Getting Around:
Just a 10-minute drive to the airport and a short walk to the beach, this area is the perfect choice; and for longer trips you can easily take a ride through Uber or other ride hailing apps.

Other Things to Note:
The main pool is under repair, the edge is being replaced with a Venetian blind, and the water level is low.

Indoors are open, but the level is low.

There are changes in Tower 3. The gym is being moved to a library, and the movie theater is out of service for an upcoming renovation.

The building is currently under construction, so noise may be present during the day. Gym and Spa are only available at rents higher than 3 months long. Please at check out make sure to go to front desk so they remove the bracelet. Charges may apply if you don't turn in bracelet at check out.

1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules.

By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. 7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
