Within Isla Iguana, you can stroll around or walk to the Marina Vallarta area for restaurants, shopping, and other activities. Otherwise, driving and Ubers/taxis are very reliable way to drive into town or take you to the Galerias Mall or other shopping in the centrally located region.

1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. 9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
