No Pets: This is a strict no-pets property. Unauthorized animals are not permitted, and care considered a violation of the House Rules.

NO SMOKING: Smoking/ Vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, on balconies, patios and all outdoor areas. Violations are considered a violation of the House Rules.
Guests who violate these policies may be required to vacate the property without a refund, where permitted under VRBO policies and applicable law, and may be responsible for any additional cleaning, remediation or damage costs.
