Really like the place. Third time staying there. Ice maker doesn’t work. Trays are cracked. They need replaced. We cook. The kitchen could use measuring cups and some storage containers. We will stay there next year. Any issues are minor.

We had to call and a cleaning crew was dispatched to remedy the situation. My wife and I both agreed that the balcony furniture needed updating. It was old and not inviting. We didn’t spend any time on the balcony during our visit.We also had a minor issue with the A/C unit. It was quite noisy in the master bedroom. We ended up sleeping in the 2nd bedroom, which was quieter but wasn’t as cool as the master bedroom. I think there was an issue with the A/C vent.

The building and overall location was nice; however, the room is outdated. On the surface everything on the surface seemed clean. While I understand these are individually owned condos, this one was not as nice as one that I stayed in the prior year. Noted some damage to the showers, and a couple light bulbs over the table were burnt out. The outdated furniture gave the vibe that things just were not super clean.

I loved that we were able to check in as soon as the room was clean. The bedrooms had a lot of space. I wish there would have been a sheet with all of the things the complex offered and where everything was located.

Great place to stay

This is a cozy place for a quick vacation! I read many of the reviews before choosing this property and knew most were right on. The decor is a bit dated, but the condo is clean and serves its purpose. The reviews talked about the beds and how great they were. Well, it’s true! The beds are very comfortable and we all slept great! The owners were great to work with and let us check in early since we had an earlier flight due to hurricane Idalia. I would rent from these owners again!

Mini family vacation

My son and his family were in the North and we were South. It was very peaceful and nice. Everything looked just like the on line pictures. However the patio windows were clean from inside but were not clean on the outside. Looking through a little weather residue. I would recommend this location and thank you for your hospitality. We were able to check in earlier than expected. Lobby very clean and had grocery carts that made transporting groceries easier. One downfall there was only four handicap spots which made it kind of inconvenient to walk from car to lobby. Seems like the cars in the handicap spots never moved. Thanks again for everything.

Amazing Beach Rental

This was by far the most accommodating condo we’ve ever rented! The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook with, along with various spices, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The appliances were top notch and it was decorated so beautifully. The balcony has the nicest patio furniture. We ate outside several times. There was a hair dryer in both bathrooms, laundry and dish detergent and plenty of clothes hangers in the closets. I packed way too much because so many things were provided. There were no keys to keep up with (the key pad on the door was great). Stephanie was amazing at making sure everything was perfect! My husband, our boys and I LOVED it.

Least expensive and served the purpose

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this unit because it was the most cost effective for our visit to Myrtle Beach. The south Hampton tower is within close proximity to the venue where the dance nationals were taking place and we had stayed in this tower two years prior. The unit was tidy and although the decor, furniture and kitchen were outdated, they certainly served the purpose. Everything functioned properly. However the unit appeared ‘neglected’. The kitchen lacked many staple cooking items such as wet and dry measuring cups, measuring spoons, adequate set of pots and pans. The items were random, mismatched and appeared to have no thought put into what guests might need. It did not present a major inconvenience for me since I cooked at home and brought my own kitchen accessories. But future guests may anticipate more of a stocked kitchen as had been my experience in previous years. The unit also lacked space, shelves or tables for personal items esp in the bathroom. There was no room for toiletries except for on the toilet tank in both bathrooms. The second bedroom did not have a luggage rack for suitcases or duffels. These comments are not meant to dissuade a renter, but rather to encourage the owner to anticipate the needs of their guests. Slight changes and more thoughtful accommodations on the owners part would have created a nicer experience. The rental Company was fantastic to work with. Check in/out was a breeze and they even provided an extra key after check in. For the price, I definitely would rent again. I hope the feedback helps.

Nice Place But Not Best for Kids

Great property and very clean. Perfect for adults. Not the best for kids. There is a new water park at Kingston. Your kids see it and they want to go. The property owners haven’t paid for the membership so there are zero ways to use it. You can’t buy a day pass or anything. I checked a few times. If you want to you use the water park, the property owners have to pay the membership fee or you need book through Kingston or the Embassy Suites. Something to think about if you have kids. Other than that it’s a great place in one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed staying at the property. Management was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Clean, nice furniture with a great location. Couple of small things; there were no dish towels or wash rags in the kitchen and couldn’t find an outlet to connect lamps to so couldn’t turn on a light in the bedrooms without walking over to a lamp. Could also use some better light bulbs in the lamps, pretty dark in the rooms. Very minor complaints though. Would highly recommend it.
