Located in the quiet and well-maintained Ten Mile Island complex, this completely renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a ground-floor, end unit that has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and relaxation. Ideal for couples or small families, it’s a cozy home base for year-round adventures.
After years of enjoying it as a family getaway, we are offering our condo as a vacation rental for the very first time, so that you can experience all the things we love about Frisco, too.
Park the car and enjoy the convenience of walking to everything! Main Street Frisco, with its restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques, is just a few minutes away on foot. You’re also close to the scenic Summit County recreation path, countless hiking and biking trails, and just one block from the free Summit Stage shuttle.
Whether you're here to ski, hike, bike, or simply relax, this cozy and stylish condo is the perfect base for enjoying everything Summit County has to offer.

**Rental Agreement**
To ensure a smooth and transparent booking process, guests are required to review and sign our short-term rental agreement no later than 14 days prior to check-in.
For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, the agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
Please note that reservations are not considered final until the signed agreement has been received. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Ten Mile Island Parking Guidelines:
Oversized trucks/SUVs/hitch-mounted vehicles with trailers should use the back lot near Building C (by the clubhouse).
One vehicle per bedroom, please.
On busy weekends, overflow parking may be needed. Please be considerate. Never block other vehicles, the dumpster, or the snowplow.
** Winter Parking Rules**
During snow season, all vehicles must be moved within 24 hours of snowfall to allow for proper snow removal. Please park in a different cleared space to keep the lot safe and accessible.
Unmoved vehicles that interfere with plowing or create safety issues may be towed at the owner's expense. Thanks for helping keep our lots safe, plowed, and easy to navigate!
