The open-concept design integrates the living, sleeping, and kitchen areas to create a bright and functional space. Unwind on the comfortable queen-size bed or the single sofa bed, both dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens. Enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV, or step out onto the private balcony to relax and take in the fresh air.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils, including a stove, microwave, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze.
The bathroom is well-stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
Guests also have access to a variety of building amenities, including a children's play area, a community barbecue area, shared gym and swimming pool, as well as serene views of lush green parks, perfect for unwinding or spending time outdoors.
For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
