Guest Access:
Full access to the property with the exception of the basement and owners closets. Please note that access between the two units are only available:
- indoor via the game room & movie room
- outdoor either via the backyard or the front entrance.

Nestled in the heart of Indianapolis' historic Holy Cross neighborhood, our home offers guests a perfect blend of urban convenience and small-town charm. Just east of downtown, Holy Cross is renowned for its walkable streets, mature trees, and a welcoming community atmosphere.​

A short stroll takes you to Highland Park, the neighborhood's crown jewel, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the downtown skyline, especially breathtaking during the Fourth of July fireworks. Food enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to local favorites like King Dough Pizza and Natural State Provisions, offering delightful dining experiences within walking distance.​
