Hi Randy, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowners after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– The house you mentioned is an older property on another street currently undergoing renovations.– Our professional cleaners prepared the house before your stay, and we stayed for a personal and maintenance visit afterward. Before leaving, we cleaned the home again so it was ready for your stay, and accidentally left a pair of clean socks behind. We cleaned both showers and there was no mold. Additionally, we’ve alerted the cleaners to ensure the coffee maker, stove, sink, and windowsills are always guest-ready.– We're located in a rural area, which can have occasional pest activity, especially after heavy snowfall like the 17 inches that fell the weekend before your arrival. We have an exterminator visit monthly, and traps are maintained to manage this. They put out traps the Tuesday before your arrival, so the activity you noticed shows that these efforts are working.– The jetted tub works when using the handheld nozzle to fill it, and we’re working to fix the diverter issue to take care of this. Satellite WiFi can be affected by rain and snow. We’ve updated the listing to inform future guests about the tub and potential WiFi interruptions. We're also looking into the toaster to make sure it works.We appreciate your feedback and are committed to ensuring a great experience for all our guests.
