Experience the magic of Georgetown at our condo.
Little slice of heaven is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath split level condo. Condo sits on the lake inside a gated community, Belle Isle Yacht Club. Entire condo has been remodeled. Deck overlooks the lake to sit and have your morning coffee or evening for cocktail hour. Has a wood fireplace, wet bar, views of lake from Master bedroom and deck. Deck has a smoker grill along with a weber gas grill. Community pool available for long term renters only. Many extras! Golf cart included for extra fee. Truly a little slice of heaven!

We have very high praise for this property- one of our best vrbo experiences. This townhouse is more like a southern cottage beautifully refurbished with quartz and granite countertops, beachy wood floors, nice appliances, pretty cabinets and hardware, a fabulous living room refrigerator/ cooler and more! The decor is southern coastal with adorable beachy touches throughout the home from coastal bird and fish paintings to cute coastal accents in every room. It is in a quiet row of townhomes overlooking a little lake with oak trees and Spanish moss. The neighborhood has a nice marina and restaurant, and is in a great location near Georgetown but also driving distance to Charleston. The master bedroom was particularly comfortable with a king size bed, large t.v., private bath, & coffee maker. Not only is this townhome adorably decorated and comfortable, but these owners were delightful, responding quickly to every question we had and driving a couple hours from home to fix some minor issues. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
