- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home.
- This studio apartment does not have a dishwasher so all pots/pans/plates/utensils need to be washed by hand.
- During the fall semester, noise from sporting events at Battle Creek Central High can be heard. Football games end at 10pm on Friday nights, and if there are any Saturday games, that can commence starting around 9am.

- A total of 4 vehicles can park comfortably on the property.
- 2 vehicles can park in the open garage, and 2 next to the house (parking map provided upon check in)
- Any extra vehicles can be parked on the street for free
