This bright 65 m² penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan dining and living area, a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, and a spacious private terrace. It’s ideal for enjoying the sun during the day or relaxing under the stars at night.
Located just 150 meters from the Sagrada Familia, the apartment offers a peaceful haven right in the heart of Barcelona’s most iconic neighborhood, an oasis of calm above the city buzz.
The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You’ll find:
• A complete kitchen with a microwave, fridge, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.
• A bathroom with a chromotherapy shower, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and hair dryer.
• A spacious living room with a large, comfortable sofa.
• A double bedroom for two guests.
• A large private terrace with sun beds, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening breeze.
We also provide a giant tablet for your use, perfect for browsing maps, tourist information, and transport tips. Stay connected with fast fiber-optic internet and two Wi-Fi networks (standard and 5G).

The apartment was fully renovated in 2016 and has everything you need to make you feel at home.
• Max. occupancy: 4 people
• Bedroom: 1 double room with a queen-size bed
• Living room: large sofa bed that converts into a single bed (for 3 guests) or a double bed (for 4 guests). Bedding is prepared according to the number of guests in your booking.
If you’re 2 guests and prefer to sleep separately, we can prepare the sofa bed upon request for an additional fee of €45 per night. Please notify us in advance.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Please confirm your estimated arrival time as soon as you book so we can plan accordingly. Let us know your arrival time in Barcelona (airport, train station, or port) through the Vrbo message system.
• This is not an automatic self-check-in, it’s a remote check-in, and we personally adapt our schedule to be available to open the door for you.
• A late check-in fee of €40 applies for arrivals after 21:00 or if there is a delay of more than 1 hour from the agreed check-in time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.
• According to Spanish law, all guests are required to fill out a registration form before arrival. Access to the apartment cannot be granted until this form is completed. Please make sure to fill out the registration form we provide as soon as possible and before your arrival. No guest will be allowed to enter the apartment without it.
• The number of guests must match your reservation.
TOURISM TAX
Since we are a registered and legal tourist apartment in Barcelona, we are required by law to collect the official tourism tax from all guests we host. As per local regulations, this tax must be paid according to the rate in effect at the time of your stay, not at the time of booking.
You will be informed of the exact amount in advance. Please leave the exact amount in cash in the apartment before checkout. If the tax is not paid, an additional 42% fee will apply to cover the extra taxes we must pay when the amount is collected through Airbnb.
• COMMUNICATION
To ensure clear and transparent communication, all messages will be handled exclusively through the Vrbo messaging system.
• Please note, that for your safety, the building is equipped with video surveillance cameras in the public areas: entrance of the building, elevator door and facades (one of the cams of the building facade focuses on a part of the terrace). All of them are properly marked as indicated by law, and with the information where you can exercise your rights to information, access, rectification or cancellation of data, as established in "Ley Orgánica 15/99, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LOPD)". There is no camera inside the apartment.
