By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:



You will sign a rental usage agreement before check-in.



You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.



Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is completed.



In the event of repeated violations, local law enforcement may be involved, and any related costs will be your responsibility.



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit



You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



Pet Policy (for units that allow pets)

Allowed: Dogs and cats only, maximum of 2 pets.



Not Allowed: The following restricted breeds: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid.



1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night

8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate

30 nights or more = $300 flat rate



Service animals are permitted—please notify us in advance.



Failure to declare pets in advance will result in a $500 fee.



Noise & Security

Noise monitors (measuring decibel levels only—no recording of conversations) are installed for community comfort. Tampering will result in a fee.



Hallway security cameras are in place for your safety.



Only one key fob is issued per group for building access.
