We have 8 years being superhost in the other app. One of the advantages of renting an apartment is learning about the cultures and in Mexico, the floor of apartments that is attached to the floor is called, ground floor so for the apartment you have to climb two floors. The apartment description clearly shows that there is no elevator. The apartment is as it appears in the photographs, and so it is well maintained because we give constant maintenance. Also bed and bath linen, which is appropriate to the conditions offered by the department and you can check the good condition of sheets and towels. (I wish you had communicated your dissatisfaction at the time; we are always available). I understand that the price of the apartment per night for three people is really derisory compared to the prices of American standards. There are apartments in other areas and with other conditions, also with American price standards, which will surely be available when you want to rent them. We were at your disposal and I am glad to know that in general they had an excellent stay. !
