Our goal is to make your stay as hassle-free and comfortable as possible. For easy access, we've set up a keyless entry system, activated at your check-in time. No need to worry about physical keys – just use the provided code in your check-in instructions.

In case you ever have trouble with the keypad, we've got you covered with an emergency lockbox. Access it using the phone number you used to book the property, and you'll find all the details in the check-in instructions we provide. For added security, the lockbox code changes every 4 hours.

Once you're in, the entire house is yours to enjoy. Your furry friends are welcome in the fenced-in backyard too.

We want to provide you with important information about additional fees to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience:

1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $12 per night for each guest beyond 6, up to the maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

2. Pet Fee Policy: We love hosting furry companions, and our pet policy is designed to be fair for both short-term and long-term stays. Please note that we only allow dogs and our pet fee is structured as follows:

-Pet fees consist of a small admin charge of $8 collected at booking and a per-night pet fee collected separately via our secure Hostfully Marketplace payment link.
-First pet: $30 per night for the first 8 nights, up to a maximum of $240.
- Each additional pets: $10 per night for the first 8 nights, up to a maximum of $80 per pet.
- Maximum of three (3) pets per stay.
- When we say pets we mean dogs and cats only.
