This place was in a good location for the reasons of our visit, but other than that it is only okay. The description is not accurate: there is no living room, nor a futon, no AC, only 1 remote for the ceiling fans in the two bedrooms, and the eating area is very strange. A very low table, with a bath towel as a tablecloth, and 3 chairs of regular height.

The property was clean and safe. However, it was not as advertised. There was no gym. The outside area was restricted to tenants downstairs. The living/eating area was a blank space with no seating or table to eat on. There was no thermostat or remote for the alleged “air conditioning”. There was no TV. For what we paid it was a bad experience. This is the first and probably last time I will use VRBO.

The description and photos are accurate and precise. The apartment was pretty basic, but it was clean, and the beds were comfortable with lots of blankets and soft pillows. Bedrooms were quiet and dark for sleeping, with natural daylight during the day. The main room has a table and two plastic chairs and monitor for a PC setup but no television. The location is just two blocks from cafes (including the vault that served breakfast all day) and coffee shops. To improve the experience, we have a few suggestions for consideration:1. There could be a better coffee maker. There was a can of Folger and filters but no real coffee maker. The cute little espresso machine (with instructions) requires espresso ground coffee. A toaster oven would also be a nice addition. 2. The room with the queen bed would benefit from a side table and lamp (the room with twin beds has that).3. A comfy chair or sofa in the common room would also be nice. The unit met our needs for a place to stay in this area, close to family. Within a few blocks there are coffee shops, a cafe that stays open late and a diner (the Vault) serving breakfast all day. Pros: clean, comfortable beds, bedrooms are great for sleeping - both quiet and dark. During the day the rooms have nice natural sunlight. Cons: No real coffee maker, toaster/oven, tv, or comfortable seating other than the beds.

I’m already reviewing options for a more traditional coffee maker and a toaster oven to make mornings easier.
