Summary:
This renovated condo with peaceful views of the marsh (from 2 balconies!) is located on Shore Drive. The complex is directly across the street from the ocean which allows the walk down to the beach to be a breeze. You will also enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway!
Minimum booking age: 25
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 1 (ONE) parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: No elevator. Stairs required. 2nd floor. Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad.
Kitchen: Newly updated and fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Access to the peaceful marsh view balcony via sliding glass doors. Sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed. TV. Separate balcony.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Double bed & single bed.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.
Pool: Complex pools. Operation hours and schedule subject to HOA rules and regulations. Complex propane grills available (first come first serve).
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not private owners closets) along with the shared complex pool.

The complex is located in the peaceful Shore Dr section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.
