Dieses Haus ist ein Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Alle Betten sind neu, alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind neu! Master hat einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, doppelte Waschbecken im Master-Bad mit einem Leinen-Schrank und Spaziergang in der Dusche mit Glastür. Das Master-Bett ist ein Kingsize-Bett mit schönen neuen Möbeln. Im Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich ein Flachbildschirm. Die Küche hat Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Gasherd und Edelstahl-Geräte. Es gibt eine Frühstücksbar mit zwei Barhockern. Der Essbereich sitzt vier. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher und sehr bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten zum Fernsehen! Die beiden Gästezimmer haben Queen-Betten mit allen neuen Möbeln und ein Zimmer, das Sie als Büro mit einem Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl Schreibtisch verwenden können, hat einen Stecker für Sie, um Ihr Telefon zu laden, etc. Es gibt einen kleinen Tisch und Stühle vorne, wenn man sich vorne und auf der hinteren Lanai, die abgeschirmt ist, können Sie sich entspannen und genießen Sie schöne ruhige Abende, mit sehr komfortablen Lanai Möbel. Sie können zu Fuß zum Bacall Erholungszentrum und dem Largo Pool gehen. Kleine Hunde sind mit einer nicht rückzahlbaren Haustiergebühr erlaubt. Du musst das jetzt wirklich buchen, bevor es wegkommt! Sie sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt von Lake Sumter Landing für abendliche Unterhaltung. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. OH HAT EIN REIZEN GAS WAGEN FÜR IHR GENIESSEN !!!! Gasgrill auch für Ihre Verwendung.

2025 Ohio Snowbirds

We spent January thru March as snowbirds from Ohio at this property. Everything met all of our needs and the property was as advertised. The house is well equipped and we only had one minor issue while there and the rental agency addressed it in a few hours. We plan on returning next year.

We throughly enjoyed stay in the Village of Largo. The house was great, clean and the property manager was prompt & attentive. We had everything we needed for our 3 month visit. The individuals at the local pool were very friendly. We would rent this location again.

Near Lake Sumter town square and several golf courses. The property did lack supplies. Silverware limited. Serving bowls. Trash bags. Be aware there is only a keurig coffeemaker. No blender. All in all it was a great place. We are just bringing the supplies we need with us. Home was very clean and we had a great time.

The sofa was very old and leather chairs crammed in the den area as well. There were only 2 washcloths and none of the towels/ bath linens had been previously washed. While there to check on my parents, I had to do laundry to get these cleaned. There was also no blankets on the beds (just sheets and old comforters). I reached out to the management about my views on this house and received a defensive, rude email back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a strange month staying in this lovely home during the ramp-up of the C-virus pandemic. The house was generally well equipped and very clean. Oddly, the living room lacked any lighting whatsoever, but Dena was quick to order two pole lamps which arrived from Amazon in a day. We also needed frying pans which were delivered promptly. Everything else was great! The only caveat is if you enjoy sitting and chatting in the lanei, you might be inhibited by the close proximity to a neighbor a short distance away in the rear. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and screens and shrubs do little to dampen your voices. We loved the central location of the home, but as The Villages buttoned down the hatches for virus mitigation during the month, we couldn't take advantage of it. Maybe next year!

The property was immaculate. It was very nicely furnished and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of good quality linens and the kitchen VERY well stocked. Would highly recommend this property. All that was missing was food in the fridge!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and its location. It was close to everything we wanted and needed. However, the property was lacking amenities for 6 people. There was a limited supply of glassware, cutlery, towels and washcloths. No iron or hair dryer was supplied. It would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker in addition to the Keurig. Also, we would suggest regular outside maintenance for the shrubbery. Several people, including the mowing service, asked us if they could do some trimming on the bushes. This being said, we had a great stay here and would recommend it for four people as it is now set up and furnished.
