They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor gas fireplace year-round. We provide one full tank of propane for your stay.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
GARBAGE: Guest are allowed to leave two (13 gallon trash bags) for free upon their departure. Any other trash must be disposed of at the local convenience center. If you choose not to take your garbage and leave more than two bags then there is a required trash fee of $25-$35 that is to be collected depending on the number of bags you leave at the property.
**Please do not leave any loose un-bagged trash in any of the indoor or outdoor garbage cans.
