The space

Welcome to b3 experience Puerto Vallarta. Our stylish condo offers a relaxing and amazing oceanfront view with direct beach access. As you step into the property, the welcoming and professional staff will greet you and assist your smooth check-in. Upon reaching the unit, you will be in awe of the stunning ocean view from the patio, where you can relax on the sun bed and loungers.

Bedrooms

Enjoy ample space in this 2 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom condo, and stretch out and relax during your stay. Sleep comfortably in two separate suites, (each with a king bed and private full bathroom), and there`s also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Balcony with Sea Views:

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your own balance, accessible from the bedroom or living room. Relax on the lounge chairs, bed, or at the patio table while soaking in the fresh ocean breeze, a possible whale breaching and of course the incredible the sunsets.



Living Room:

Unwind in the cozy living room area, perfect for socializing or watching TV. Stay entertained with a television provided in the living room.



Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area:

Cook up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and oven for convenience. Enjoy a meal at the hi-top kitchen island or on the beautiful large dinging table.



2 Bathrooms with Shower:

Enjoy the luxury of two full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower for your comfort and convenience. Additionally there is a half bathroom near the kitchen for guests.



Towels and Bed Linens:

Don`t worry about packing extra linens – towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.



Security

For guest and property protection, we have a decibel/noise monitoring device in the condo (which doesn`t record audio) and building security 24/7.



Inside the Unit

Everything is open to use and kindly treat the condo and belongings as if it were your own.

✔ Beach access with chairs and umbrellas

✔ 1 free parking spot included in your stay.

Guest Registration Process: This reservation is subject to and contingent upon the prospective guest/s completing and submitting a guest registration form and IDs (Harbor 171 Requirement):

✔We will send the Guest Registration form via DocuSign for completion prior to your arrival. We ask you promptly complete.

✔ We will also request a photo of each adult guest`s official ID (passport, driver`s license) for submission along with the Guest Registration form.

✔ All adult guests staying in your reservation will be required to be included on the Guest Registration form, and all IDs will also be required. This is a building requirement.

✔ Your reservation will be canceled and access to the unit will be denied if IDs are not provided

✔ Parking : There is 1 x FREE parking spot included with the rental.



Age and Booking Policy

This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.



No Luggage Storage

While we`re unable to provide luggage storage, we recommend using your suitcase locks or investing in portable travel locks for added peace of mind. Additionally, you could explore the option of keeping your luggage in your rental car, if applicable, or simply keeping it within sight in your accommodations. Early check in or late check out may be granted for an additional fee based on availability. Please contact us for details.
