Convenient Location

It was a very convenient location, near the Fearview mall. The home is well maintained, clean and in a safe, gated area. I would definitely stay here again.

The property there had an excellent view from the balcony of the City and Sea!

Renting this property on line was easy, the only two issues that I didn't like was not having your information of the property until it was close to your arrival date, that made me a little nervous! Also the property was Outstanding!!! The beds were hard and very uncomfortable but other than that, it was a Wonderful stay and Magnificent view!!!

What you see is what you get!

The rooms are spacious and balcony gives great views. The neighborhood is gated and very secure. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The check in/out process was smooth and they were very accommodating. Would suggest renting a car (only if your familiar with driving on the left side) or using the driver service they recommend.

My family and I were looking to spend a week in Jamaica. We ran across this beautiful property and instantly caught our attention. Check in was really smooth. The property was exactly what we saw online. The first morning we didn’t know how to work the stove and we called Christopher and he instructed us. Our remote was broken for the TV and Christopher replaced it speedily. I really like the security that we felt being there. Our rooms were comfy. Next time when we come to Jamaica we are definitely staying here again. Thanks also to Tanya who replied to our WhatsApp messages.

I loved the security at the gate! I'm a single mother traveling with 3 kids, so having security was a great plus! The house wasn't really as I expected. The picture made each room look a bit bigger than it is. We spent 11 days in this house, and there was 1 issue or another. On day 1, the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was so low it took me a very long time to shower. I reported it, and it was fixed. On day 2, the AC in one of the rooms broke. I communicated with them, and it was fixed the next day. On Day 6, the microwave stopped working; the owner had to purchase another unit, which took a couple of days. On Day 1-10, the pool just wasn't clean enough to swim in. My kids love the water, so swimming is highly expected while on vacation, but this pool just wasn't clean! I told security at the gate, and she said someone would come to clean it... It was eventually cleaned 1 day before we left, so the kids didn't get a chance to use it. On day 8, the kids started seeing a baby lizard in the house....not even sure what to do at this point as i cant catch lizard! I encouraged the kids to keep their luggage zipped to ensure we don't transport the lizard to your home. I reported it and nothing was done. On day 9 i started seeing a lizard in my room! This house is perfect for 2-3 adults but not for younger kids. I love Jamaica, so I'm definitely going back, but I wouldn't stay at this house again.

We understand your disappointment that this was not completed sooner, particularly since your children were looking forward to using it. With respect to the lizards, these are unfortunately common in Jamaica's tropical environment and are occasionally found even in well-maintained homes. Nevertheless, we understand that this was unsettling, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to enhance the guest experience. Although not expected, it was our pleasure to assist your family beyond the accommodation itself. We were happy to provide complimentary transportation to a local restaurant and to Doctors Cave Beach, as well as your return trip to the apartment, in an effort to help make your visit more enjoyable. Great Place to Stay!

At first, I thought it was a scam due to the property wasn't showing online anymore after I booked it. After I reached out to Vrbo, they reassured me that the property manager would reach out to me. I was able to speak directly with the property manager and she was very pleasant. She stayed in contact with me until we arrived on property. We had one issue with the water pressure and the water being cold. Once reported, she came right over and fixed the issue. The property looks exactly what the pictures/video looks like. The view is AMAZING!!! It's close to attractions (Doctor's Cave Beach, Pier 1, etc.). Very quite neighbor. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great and well appointed accommodation

For those who choose not to stay in a resort in Montego Bay, this is an excellent choice. The villa is spacious and well appointed. It is very comfortable and getting taxis to and from the unit is easy. We had some equipment malfunctions during our stay but these issues were addressed and fixed up. The view is outstanding, beds very comfortable. I highly recommend this place

Excellent Choice for Frequent Jamaica Visitors

This unit is well maintained and has everything necessary for an extended visit. The full-stocked kitchen is great all utensils needed for meal prep is included...down to the wine glasses! The beds are very comfortable...the large bedrooms and baths are an added bonus. The convenient location and the view are a plus as well. I look forward to a future visit!

This was the perfect home in the perfect location. It was just as the pictures showed. BEAUTIFUL! BETTER and way more affordable than an all inclusive. Roberta responded promptly to any questions we had prior to arrival and Rena took care of any issues once we were there. There was a driver to meet us at the airport, but the BEST PART was meeting the gate guard Patrick and his son Shane! They were wonderful and we left having two new family members. Ask for Shane if you'd like the BEST driver who will give you the BEST rate for wherever you'd like to go. We're definitely returning to Jamaica and would stay here again.

Fairview Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away by car or a 30 minute walk for those who want to get their steps in. The shopping centre has it all from food to fashion as well as a night club and movie theatre.
