🔞 Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ with valid ID at check-in. Guests underage without a qualified adult will be evicted without refund.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors: A $200 fine applies if smoking is detected.

🐾 Pet Policy: $100 per pet, non-refundable. Pet waste must be picked up. Any pet waste left on the porch will result in a $50 cleanup fee.



🧺 What’s Provided?

Linens, towels, and a starter basket with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and sponge. Please bring extra paper products, toiletries, and any specialty kitchen items you need.
