Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo, garage parking for 1 vehicle, and shared community amenities including the outdoor pool and hot tub across the street at Mainstreet Village.



The Neighborhood:

Situated right on South Main Street, this unit puts you in the center of everything Breckenridge has to offer. Walk to restaurants, shops, and après-ski spots, or hop the free bus for quick access to outlying areas. In winter, hit the slopes via the nearby BreckConnect Gondola. Come summer, explore hiking and biking trails or attend festivals downtown.



Getting Around:

No car needed for most activities—walk to gondola, shops, and dining. The Breck Free Ride shuttle stops nearby and offers free access to the broader Breckenridge area. Garage parking available if you drive.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!

The layout of the space having 3 rooms all with their own bathrooms was perfect. The location and being able to walk to Main Street or hop right on a bus to the lifts within 2 min from condo was a real treat. We did have an issue that the host did not resolve to our satisfaction.
