Your Oasis:
This early 1900s Craftsman blends timeless character with thoughtful modern updates. Inside, youâll find soaring ceilings, spacious sunlit rooms, and a chefâs kitchen outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances. A cozy library nook adds a touch of historical charm and invites quiet moments of relaxation. Step outside to unwind on either the front or back terraceâperfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. Whether you're hosting family, friends, or colleagues, this home offers a warm, welcoming retreat that feels just like home.
The Ground Level:
The home features a newly renovated kitchen with butcher block counter tops with ample workspace. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need to host your group meals! The professional-grade stainless steel Viking stove, including a 4-burner gas range and ovens, seamlessly integrate with the minimalist design aesthetic. Multiple Bosch appliances, coffee at your fingertips, and a laundry room right off the kitchen contribute to the form and function of the space.
The back wrap-around deck connects to the kitchen for dining indoors or out. The yard is a fun respite from the city, with Adirondack chairs and a lovely small walking path.
The indoor dining area is in a newly renovated glass box room which provides a luxury indoor experience where you feel and see the beauty of outside through the wall to floor glass walls. The room has incredible light and unique modern charm, heated floors, and is a great contrast to the original home!
The library and living room provide ample experiences for lounging, reading, family game time, and recreation. The original wood paneled room with a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf is the perfect place to get lost in a favorite book!
The ground floor also contains a office room for those seeking a private work space and a full bathroom complete with an original clawfoot shower/tub.

Each of the three bedrooms is a serene retreat flooded with beautiful natural light each day. One room features shaker wood furniture set with a queen bed and a natural skylight. The second room features a full bed and a small closet, typical of the period of the house. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Â
The upstairs bathroom is a recently renovated spa like experience with gorgeous stonework, underfoot heating, a glass walk-in rain shower, and Japanese automatic toilet!
We provide towels, essential toiletries, linens, sheets, pillows, and luggage racks to ensure a wonderful and comfortable stay!

Every room in the house has access to high-speed WiFi.
Keyless access codes are provided to guests upon arrival, and we have parking available for guest use in the alley behind the property.
Guest must be comfortable using stairs to access the property, however there are guardrails for support at both front and back entrances.
The health and safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us, and we provide a thorough cleaning process before each guest check-in. Mid-week refresh cleaning service is available for guests staying more than eight days.
