As you arrive, the detached oversized 2-car garage and driveway sit at street level, with steps leading up to the home’s main entry. Inside, the heart of the home unfolds into a beautifully elevated living room anchored by a striking center fireplace, 65" wall mounted smart TV, cozy couches, and lounge seating. Large windows frame captivating views of the ocean, filling the space with natural light and coastal ambiance. This main gathering space seamlessly connects the home and opens to each of the thoughtfully arranged living and dining areas.

Tucked around the corner, an upper deck reveals one of the home’s most stunning features: unobstructed views over La Jolla Village and the Pacific, with a lounge area and dining table perfectly positioned for elegant outdoor relaxation and meals surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
Downstairs, the family living space and game room offer another level of comfort and connection. Complete with a large 55" smart TV, foosball table, additional games, and a queen sleeper sofa, this versatile area is perfect for relaxing or gathering. One side of the room leads to a private patio with a firepit and lounge chairs facing the front of the home, while the opposite side features windows and a door that open to a grassy yard area along the side of the backyard, ideal for outdoor games and relaxing in the sunshine.
