This beautiful customized 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home is perfect for 1 or several families, offering 3 master king bedrooms suites (2 with extra large garden tubs) and a bunk room.

All rooms have been updated with beautiful new flooring for a modernized approach. Master king suite on the top level has a double vanity with a large walk-in shower with a 2nd rain showerhead for a luxurious relaxing experience. Second level has 2 master king suites with extra large garden tubs and double vanities. The bunk room is perfect for the kids with a full bathroom and a full bunk bed/twin on top and trundle underneath.

The living room has a 55 inch smart flat screen TV. There is a morning kitchen/wet bar with wine storage and under counter refrigerator on the guest living level.

Home includes use of the elevator from the ground level to the top floor which makes unpacking the car a breeze. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main level along with a half bathroom. Large open, well-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. A seated bar and large Keurig coffee machine is also available for your use. Family room has plenty of seating to view the beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. The walk over to the beach is a very short walk and can be clearly seen from the decks. Outdoors offers spacious tri-level covered front and rear decks with great views of the Gulf. Float in the pool or spa to cool down after a day in the sun or relaxing on the beach, or relax in the shade in our new covered outdoor seating area with TV.
