We’ve designed this home with your comfort and convenience in mind—thank you for treating it with care!

Pets are allowed but please do not allowed them on the furniture. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Well behaved cats and dogs. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay.
Please always lock the front door of the building whether you are coming in or leaving 
No running allowed in the unit or dragging chair or couch
License plate: In order to enhance the security and organization of our premises, we require all guests to provide the license plate number of their vehicle upon check-in. This information will help us ensure that parking spaces are properly allocated and that only registered vehicles are parked on our premises.
Parking: Please note that there's only one assigned parking space per apartment.
Please be mindful of the electricity.
A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
We do not provide PINs for private accounts such as Roku, TV, etc.
