Centrally located, 5 minutes from Tampa, just 5 minutes to Mease Countryside Hospital, and 20 minutes to beaches, golf courses, quaint villages, and more attractions. Walk across the street to great restaurants, shopping, and movies.

High season is January February and March, so we asked that you book those three months together. otherwise month to month is okay. there is a $100 application fee from the mobile home community. it is quick and easy just to make sure they are maintaining a very secure and safe community.
