30 minutes from Highmark Stadium! 10 minutes from the RT 219 Springville Entrance/Exit. 22 minutes to Kissing Bridge Ski Resort. 32 minutes to Ellicottville, NY.
The cabin is secluded and not visible from the road. The cabin overlooks a pond where you have access to kayak or paddle boat. There is so much wildlife surrounding the cabin that you can enjoy from the large tall windows. The cabin was remodeled to include all modern amenities while being immersed in nature.
We ask that all communication be done through the airbnb app. This is your best way to get a hold of us. We are happy to assist with anything you need if we can accomadate. If there is something that would make your stay more enjoyable please reach out!
There is a main house in the property and we ask that you don't disturb the occupants. There will be a sign to notify you of where property access stops. This access stops at the electric meter located along the driveway. You have full access to the pond next to the cabin and it is not shared with anyone. There is also a field and many other areas to explore before you reach the main house cut off point.
The property is not visible from the road. It is a quiet street with limited traffic. The area is filled with country homes with land and farms. The closest towns are Springville and Gowanda, NY. Springville offers most of your needs including grocery stores, restaurants, retail, and entertainment.
Guests will receive key code for entry the day before their trip. Self check-in and check-out. This will be sent through the Airbnb messaging App.
Indulge in cozy comfort at our cabin, featuring a full-size bed in the first-floor bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed in the loft area.
- The first floor bedroom with a double bed is small but cozy.
- The loft bedroom with a queen bed does require a ladder to enter the loft area. This ladder is steep and we ask that you use extreme caution. We recommend one person at a time climbing up the ladder if you choose to use the loft. We list as a one bedroom because we realize the use of the loft is not ideal for anyone. There is also a second loft with two twin beds. There is the option to move the ladder to either loft by hooking onto the metal bar at each loft. Please make sure ladder is secure onto metal rod before climbing the ladder.
- There is a twin bed on a metal frame (think a cot!) that is available to use in the main living area. Please let us know in advance if you would like this cot available during your stay on the first floor. (Recommended if you have 5 people)
The open-concept first floor boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with sitting area and large island. Complete with a newly renovated bathroom. Step outside onto the beautiful new deck and soak up the serene woodland atmosphere.
The property is accessible by vehicle. There is no public transport within walking distance. There is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at the cabin.

Please be advised that the location of this property may lend itself to occasional sightings of critters and bugs despite rigorous preventive measures. Any concerns will be swiftly addressed for your comfort and satisfaction.

There is a well on the property as the water source. The fridge provides filtered water in the fridge door interior. Since the property is on a well the water pressure may deminish if the washer, dishwasher and shower are all on simultaneously.
