Der Blick von der abgeschirmten Veranda im zweiten Stock lässt viele Leute ihren Urlaub rocken! Auf der Veranda gibt es mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen, Schaukeln und Beobachten von Menschen.

Zwei Badezimmer.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher an der Wand sowie ein Vollbad mit Badewanne / Dusche. Klappbett im Schlafzimmerschrank verstaut.

Das zweite und dritte Schlafzimmer verfügen beide über ein Queensize-Bett, einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher zur Wandmontage und nutzen das Bad im Flur mit einer stapelbaren Waschmaschine und einem Trockner.

Das 4. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett unter einem Etagenbett und ein Tagesbett für bis zu vier Personen.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 40-Zoll-Wand-Flachbild-Kabel-TV mit zwei neuen Liegen, einem Sofa und einem QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. Der Essbereich befindet sich im gleichen offenen Bereich wie der Wohnbereich mit einem erhöhten Pub-Tisch und 8 Hochstühlen aus Holz. Ein Blick auf den Ozean ist zu sehen.

Große, geschlossene Außendusche und Ankleideraum, ideal zum Abwaschen des gesamten Sandes von einem Tag am Strand!

Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage.

Close to everything!

The best part of this rental is that it is close to everything so we really didn't have to drive anywhere the whole weekend. The only downside for location was the local nightlife that had loud music that kept us up late. Would stay again! Just bring your sound machine to drown out the noise!

North Myrtle Beach Get-away!

Excellent hosts! We really enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house. Close to the ocean, convenient location, porch with rockers and a great outdoor shower, among other amenities. They had everything we needed!

Excellent stay!

This was a great place! Felt like we was right at home! The house is so welcoming and clean and well maintained. The property owners was excellent. They are very informative and go above and beyond to make sure you have a memorable stay at the breezeway! If I could give this place a hundred stars I would! It’s also in a great location. It’s within walking distance to the beach and all the Main Street businesses! I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to stay. There was 10 of us total and we all had plenty of room which included 2 toddlers! Again great place and great owners!

Beautiful home!

The cottage was clean and roomy. Amy was easy to talk to, and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. My family has been visiting North Myrtle for many years but Amy gave us some suggestions of activities/restaurants that we hadn’t tried before! I enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the people drive or walk by. My family of 5 hopes to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Family Vacation

This was the first vacation we had where my parents and sister joined us (myself, wife and 2 kids). The house was amazing, clean, and spacious. The property owners are very courteous, and always on top of things. The beach is a 5 min walk, clean and not crowded. Restaurants and coffee shops and live music every night a short walk away. Cannot say enough .

First family vacation

We happened across this listing by what seems like a miracle. Normally, this beach house is completely booked up. We’re so glad we were able to stay here. We went as a group/family and had a absolute blast. My two year old son got to experience the beach for the first time. With the house being in an ideal location, we were able to walk to the beach any time we wanted and shop around at the local stores. We brought some games and were able to hang out in the closed porch, when all the kids went to sleep and enjoyed the weather and the smell water. We will definitely be coming back whenever we can get away again. Thank you so much miss Amy!

Wonderful stay, already booked for next year!

This property was stunning! Your location is easy access to everything. We rented a golf cart for the week and did little to no driving in our vehicles. Everything can equipped with the house except the stated needed to bring stuff. We enjoyed it so much that our trip is already planned for the next season. Also the property owner are very easy to work with, they make sure they throughly answer any questions you may have. Such a pleasant experience.

I wanted to take my children and grandchildren to the beach this year. I haven’t been and neither have my grandchildren for 11 years. There was 11 of us that stayed here. Most amazing beach house for a family ever! 4 amazing bedrooms; the pictures online are nice but they do not do the house justice. The house is stocked with board games, card games and movies. The best part of the house is the amazing porch, which you expect from the pictures online. But every other room is also amazing!

Spur of the moment trip

My wife and I decided to head to the coast for a long weekend to celebrate our 30th anniversary a little early. We found this gem of a house online and emailed the owner to ensure it was available due to the short notice. They were quick to respond and were so pleasant to work with. The house was everything we were hoping for and more! The location was perfect! Quick walk to the ocean, main street restaurants, and even a beautiful park practically in our back yard! We look forward to spending many more weekends here! Wonderful house, hosts and location!!

Front porch paradise

We absolutely loved our week at the beach house. The kids enjoyed running up and down the long twisty hallway every night. The rooms are comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room but the real gem of this house is the view of the ocean from the front perch off the screened in deck as well as that amazing screened in deck. We spent every evening out there playing card games around the table and listening to music and rocking in the chairs. The beach is a short walk to the public entrance. Takes us 5 minutes to walk down. Depending on the time of year, there is a carnival and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Highly recommend! The owners, Amy and Shane, are very nice. We will be back!

Amazing place!

This is the cutest beach cottage! I have driven by it a million times before. Cars can park on the side under the trees so they stay cool. Walk to beach is a breeze as well! Roomy and quaint!

BEST VACATION EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

There is so much to say about this home and the owners! First of all...plenty of room for 2 families!!! Love, Love the added bunk room for the kids! EVERYTHING you need for cooking etc is provided! We had my husband's bday party there and they even had a cake dish for baking his cake! (We forgot to bring one) We felt very invited when we arrived because Amy and Shane (owners) had music playing on the porch! DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE HUGE FRONT PORCH!!!! We lived on that porch and rocked our hearts out in the rocking chairs! Stayed very cool out there because they also have plenty of ceiling fans on the porch! We ate breakfast on the porch also! When we were ready to go down to the beach....A VERY SHORT WALK....TO EVERYTHING!(no golf cart needed period) They have wagon to carry our beach toys etc and chairs we also used on the beach! When we were done and very sandy....we washed all the sand away in the shower outside! Home was exceptionally clean and linens were provided!!! The owners definitely went above and beyond to make our vacation special and quickly responded NICELY to any questions we had before arriving! We love the history we learned about their home and we will definitely be coming back to The Breezeway!!! YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOME!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH AMY AND SHANE!

The Breezeway has been in our family for four generations. Summers have been spent growing up on the strand and visiting with friends and relatives. In 2013 we became the sole owners of the beach house and rented it for the first time to others for family vacations! Our primary home is about half an hour away from The Breezeway, so it is convenient for us to stay a night or two when we can.

For many years, people (especially shaggers) have asked us if we rented our cottage. They have always said that it would be a wonderful house to rent since it is located in the hub of Ocean Drive. We had never made that big step until 2013!
