This spacious and welcoming 4-bedroom, 3-bath Texas farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 17 guests and offers the perfect blend of wide-open outdoor adventure and comfortable indoor gathering spaces. Whether you’re planning a multi-generational family reunion, weekend getaway with friends, or simply looking to relax in the country, Schulenburg Family Ranch Retreat is designed to bring people together.

The home features 11 beds with flexible sleeping arrangements, including a king bed in the primary suite, multiple queen and full beds, bunk beds for kids, and a sofa bed. Three full bathrooms (including one with grab bars) help make mornings easier for larger groups.

Important Information
This is a true rural Texas ranch property with a gravel driveway (standard vehicles are perfectly fine). The home uses well water with a softener and a septic system, so please flush toilet paper only. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and key outdoor areas for guest safety. No pets allowed. Outdoor smoking only. The home is professionally cleaned after every stay.
