The space
The apartment is very cozy. Both my wife and I are architects and we have put a lot of emphasis on the decoration of this small but very nice place.
The apartment is located in the sector known as URDESA, which a few years ago was the most exclusive place in the city of Guayaquil.
We are located just a few meters from Guayaquil's two most iconic shopping centers. Equally easy access to the center, south and north of Guayaquil where there are places of tourist and commercial interest. Urdesa's location is truly privileged and this facilitates easy communication with any other place in the city.
A few meters from the best restaurants in town, such as La Riviera, Marisco Azul, or typical restaurants such as Pique y Pase, Lo Nuestro, El Patacon, etc.
