Wir haben ein großes und geräumiges Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und einem tollen begehbaren Pool.{Gut, dass die Kleinen darin spielen} Der Pool ist bis zu einem Meter tief. Im Hinterhof gibt es auch einen Grill (Holzkohle), den Sie benutzen und genießen können. Es gibt viele Stühle hinten und einige in der Garage, zusammen mit einem Regenschirm und einem Schirmständer. Einige Poolspielzeuge wie Flöße, Poolnudeln und ein Volleyball- und Netzspiel für den Pool. In der Garage können ein bis zwei Autos geparkt werden. Wir haben die perfektesten Sonnenuntergänge im Lake Havasu und Sie können sie entweder vom Wohnzimmer aus genießen oder nach draußen gehen und sie von der Veranda aus genießen ... wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen bereit. Die Badezimmer sind mit Shampoo und frischen Handtüchern ausgestattet. In den Schränken finden Sie zusätzliche Decken. c und wärme auch .. du wirst froh sein, dass du bei uns gebucht hast. hoffe dich bald zu sehen.

Great house for family with kids

We had a great stay at Dawn’s house. The layout was perfect for a family with 3 kids. The bedrooms were perfect for us and the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the charcoal grill one night and had our parents over for dinner a few nights. The pool was great, except it was really cold so our kids didn’t want to play in it much. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice place!

My kids are with me for the summer and havasu was the first place I wanted to take them. We were lucky to find such a nice, comfortable place and we really enjoyed the stay! Dawn was very nice and helpful and we would definitely look into renting this property again!

Great property. Amazing host

We rented Dawn’s places for my 30th birthday weekend. The communication was wonderful before getting to the place. Once we got there, I was amazed. The house was better than the photos. It seems so remodeling was recently done and everything felt great. I loved the teal in the master bedroom. We had everything we needed and made almost all of our meals except for one lunch in the kitchen. The house was a short driving distance to the grocery store. Though I would not walk it. There is a small convient store that is walking distance though. It was also only 5-7 minutes drive to our boat rental, which was awesome. My husband and I own our own vacation rental, and we do our best to be low maintenance guest. However, this time I fear, I was a bit of a nuisance, but Dawn was also there and very polite and professional. Only a few minor issues, but nothing that I would consider trip ruining, or more than just an “okay, let just do this instead” moment. I felt like I was talking to a friend. You can tell they love their property. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay! We hope to come back again.

Lake Havasu Soccer Tournament

The home was affordable and incredibly spacious....perfect for a soccer family. Dawn was responsive and helpful, the home was comfortable, and accommodated our needs perfectly. We know where we're staying next time we have a tournament in Lake Havasu.

Very clean and well maintained. Had all the amenities we could possibly need and then some!

The house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and see in Lake Havasu. There was plenty of room and sleeping space, and the back yard was a lovely spot to enjoy the mornings and evenings. We had no issues while there, but the owner responded promptly to any texts we sent. If this turns out to be our only trip to Havasu, the house was the icing on the cake! If we get back some day, we would definitely rent this property again!

Excellent Rental

We recently spent two weeks in this home and were very impressed with the house and the cost of the rental. Dawn was available at any time to answer any questions or concerns we had. Everything we required for our stay was supplied in the house. Although the weather was not suitable to use the pool, a pool man still cleaned the pool once a week while we were there. Unlike some of the other properties we had considered, there was no extra per person charge at this home and we were able to have other family members visit for a few days at no additional cost. We would definitely rent this property for a future stay in Lake Havasu.
