From your doorstep, you'll have instant access to two private beaches on the property, and all of the public beaches in JBR. This apartment's location is perfect for a relaxing day by the water or strolling down The Wak at JBR which is bustling with diverse shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The iconic Dubai Marina is also just moments away, offering a hub of leisure activities and stunning waterfront views.
Getting around is incredibly convenient, with major transportation links like the Dubai Metro and Tram easily accessible, connecting you to the wider city. Other Things to Note:
No Pets, Smoking or Vaping
The apartment is strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping space. Our apartment is also not available to guests traveling with pets.
Upon booking, we will message you right away and kindly ask for copies of passports (or Emirates ID) before check-in for smooth processing at the building’s front desk. We are required to inform the building's front desk of these details and from Dubai Tourism.
We also ask for your flight details and arrival so we can prepare to meet and make sure you have a quick and easy check-in.
The day before checkout, we will send you a short email reminder with simple instructions to make it really easy.
We also ask that you please return all access cards in good condition at checkout. We have a card replacement fee of AED 550 per card if you do not return the card to us, damage it, or lose it. We have this policy because we are charged a replacement fee by the building security.
If you are using our free underground parking space, there are two parking cards we need to have returned: One card is for vehicle entrance to the underground parking. A second card is for entrance into the building from the underground. A replacement fee of 1000 AED per card applies if you do not return it to us, damage it, or lose it. This is because we are charged replacement fees by the building security.
