KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
A welcoming and spacious gourmet kitchen awaits with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with four stools. Fully stocked with cookware, indoor/outdoor dinnerware, and small appliances, the kitchen also includes complimentary basics such as dish soap, coffee, tea, and spices. A 24” Smart TV adds to the ambiance. The laundry closet houses a washer, dryer, iron, and cleaning supplies.

Enjoy full access to the entire main level of the home, including four bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living areas, office, terraces, and pool. Note: three doors are locked (storage, well tank, garage). The host family lives in a private downstairs space but does not share any guest areas aside from driveway/parking.

I live downstairs with my family, and we share only the driveway and parking area. Your privacy is fully respected—guests have exclusive use of the main floor, backyard, pool, decks, and all outdoor furniture.

For security, there are two cameras at the front of the house, monitoring only the entrance and parking area.

Our water is sourced from a private well, so we kindly ask you to use it mindfully to avoid overuse. The home is equipped with an Aquafeel Solutions filtration system that provides high-quality filtered water throughout the house. Additionally, there`s a water cooler in the kitchen and an alkaline filter at the sink for easy refills.
