Nestled in the exclusive Preserve neighborhood within Vanderhorst, 18 Blue Heron Pond is a luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home designed for island living. With its location on Cinder Creek, it's ideal for fishing, kayaking, and dolphin watching, as well as being just a short bike ride to the beach. Surrounded by lush Lowcountry landscapes, this home offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience.
Step inside to an open, light-filled living room with coffered ceilings, beautiful wood flooring, a custom fireplace, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV—perfect movie nights on the oversized sectional sofa. The open concept layout flows effortlessly into a spacious dining area that seats 8 and a beautifully appointed kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a large island with additional seating for 4, a separate Butler’s Pantry, and everything you need to make a meal right from home.
Glass doors from the kitchen lead to the screened porch and outdoor deck, offering a tranquil tidal marsh view perfect for alfresco dining in the evening or afternoon lounging in the sun.
Just off the kitchen, you’ll find an additional entertainment room featuring a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, ample comfortable seating, and a nearby half bathroom. It’s the perfect hangout space for kids or teens to enjoy their own shows and movies.
Over on the opposite end of the home, you’ll find a quiet bonus room and the primary suite. The bonus room offers a versatile space to relax or catch up on emails with two cozy chairs for reading and a built-in side counter perfect for laptops, books, or morning coffee.
