Available August- open concept and spacious family bungalow sits in the perfect location to enjoy all the best Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer. In Virgil, Niagara-on-the-Lake, we are close to many wineries, breweries and world class restaurants. Old town Niagara-on-the-Lake is a short 5 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride past numerous wineries on a paved bike path. Our dog-friendly home is also a short walk away from a large green space/ park, which also hosts playgrounds and a splash pad.

The space
3 Bedroom, 2 full bathroom bungalow. No stairs within the building, however there are 3 stairs along the walkway to the house.

Master Bedroom - Queen Bed with ensuite jet tub and shower. Deck access directly from the master bedroom.
Bedroom # 2 - Double bed. Kid's bed or crib available
Bedroom # 3 - Double bed.

Dining Room off the Kitchen - large dining room table that comfortably seats 8 people.
Full Kitchen, well equipped. Dishwasher, microwave, stove, full fridge.
Laundry Room with washer and dryer.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Private backyard with patio furniture for outdoor dining for up to 6 people.

Guest access
Guests have access to the full upper floor of the bungalow. No access to the unfinished basement or garage.
