• Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs. Snorkel gear and umbrellas not included. Beach chairs must be returned to the villa after use; missing or damaged chairs incur a $75 replacement fee.
• Towels: 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per guest included for the duration of your stay.
• Starter Kit: Small shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll & dish soap provided to get you started. Once these items run out, guests would need to replenish them as needed.

• No Drugs Policy: Possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the stay.

This ensures immediate coverage for unexpected situations such as illness, injury, accidents, travel delays, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt your plans. Please note that without travel insurance, any losses due to emergencies will be your sole responsibility.
