The apartment itself was fine, you can tell they have updated it, the cabinets have been repainted and the carpets are new! It looks like they are updating the outside as well! My issues were, they give you a new access code each day, you need to have an app for the apartment complex, the door code and I’m not a tech person! The toilet paper is the cheapest you can buy and the shower head water barely comes out, it all flows through the faucet, there was a sheet and blanket on the bed, no comforter and no extra blankets, calling The Landing can take 20 minutes or up to an hour, they are very nice but are in CA. I stopped at the leasing office because I left my phone in the apartment and had no way to call The Landing and they kept saying I had to go through the app or call, kind of difficult when I don’t have my phone. The Leasing office agreed to help and were nice about it but said they have nothing to do with renting the apartment out, if I would have done this at night, this would have been an issue because the leasing office would have been closed. This apartment building is for tenants that some must get rented out, when you try to message on the VRBO app it does no good, you need to do it through the Landing app or call the Landing phone number. Overall I found the experience frustrating with the codes and app, when you usually rent you have a person nearby that can help you and that was not the case here for my experience.
