Such a cozy nest for our trip to Pigeon Forge and Gburg! Convenient to everything. Peaceful location for evenings and mornings. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Great beds, comfy living room. Just wonderful in every way!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the hosts! I loved this location and how easy it was to navigate and still be close enough to all the spots but still away from all the traffic! This place did the trick for my family and we really enjoyed this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family vacation—comfortable, spacious, clean, and very welcoming. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.The location was great, and the home was especially family-friendly. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. We made some wonderful family memories here and would definitely love to stay again on our next vacation. This house was exactly what we needed for our week-long vacation. Clean, comfortable and roomy! Communication with host was superb and the location couldn't be beat. We were able to avoid the congestion of the Parkway and use backroads to get where we wanted to go. Would absolutely book again!

We had a lovely multi-generational family vacation! My parents, my kids, my brother and I were all able to enjoy the comfort of the cozy cottage and easily access Dollywood! It’s about as close to the park you can get without being at the actual resorts. The cottage had everything we needed and the coffee bar was a favorite feature. I really enjoyed sunrise yoga on the back porch and could hear the train whistle from Dollywood. The cottage smelled fresh and the entire home was spotless! Tips for a more comfortable stay- bring sound machines. The walls are thin, but we’re used to that in our home so we came prepared with white noise. The TV in the smaller bedroom was very slow and not very functional- but we had iPads so it was okay. The living room tv was great! I really loved the cozy bed and comforter in the primary bedroom. It really felt like home away from home. We will definitely stay here again and loved being able to experience Dollywood with affordable and comfortable lodging. 10/10- highly recommend!!!

A perfect, adorable house for time with friends! We only stayed one night, but definitely wished we stayed at least two. It was very close to Dollywood like the description said, so it was convenient for us!

Very clean!! Super comfortable beds!! Kids absolutely loved all the board games!! Very close to everything! Fully stocked kitchen! We had a blast & it was absolutely so relaxing!

Yes, Great Host - very accommodating. A true cozy cottage- it accommodated 4 adults and three children just fine. Perfect location for a Dollywood trip-allowing us to return to the house for nap time. Well stocked kitchen .
