Other Things to Note:
The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded.
Kindly note that the air conditioning system operates exclusively in cold air mode, However we do provide space heaters for your use.
Jacuzzi Maintenance: to keep the villa in pristine condition, our professional technician visits every Wednesdays. Please note that the technician may enter the property without prior notice during this window.

Propane for Fire Pit:
We do provide propane for the fire pit, but please note that it may occasionally run out. If it does, feel free to message us — we’ll gladly send a replacement as soon as possible. Alternatively, you’re welcome to purchase one nearby, and we’ll reimburse you promptly with a photo of the receipt.

Policies
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are based on our cancellation policy. Please review it at the bottom of the listing before booking.
Check-In/Out: Check-ins are available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Package Deliveries: Packages or mail cannot be delivered before your arrival. The host is not responsible for any loss or damage to items sent to the property.
House Rules
Ensure the correct number of guests is included in your reservation to see accurate pricing. Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM in accordance with city regulations.
