Once approved, you'll be considered a resident/tenant of the building, not a short-term guest. Beside application fee Condo requires a common area secuirty deposit. Guest are required to pay $2500 secuirty deposit along, which is fully refundable after check out inspection.
This home comes fully equipped — just bring your suitcase and settle in!
