The unit features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony for morning coffee or evening relaxation. For families, a baby crib (Pack ’n Play) and high chair are conveniently stored in the closet.
Guests enjoy full access to resort-style amenities including two large pools, a hot tub, a kids' water play area, a fitness center, a game room, and a clubhouse with lounge areas and a business center. Outdoor grills are located by the pool area and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
This is not a gated community, and parking is available anywhere on the premises—no registration with the HOA is required. Trash can be disposed of at any time in the parking lot dumpsters. Security cameras are installed throughout the community, and a nighttime security team is on duty daily to ensure peace of mind.
Guests can access the clubhouse and pools using an access card, which is located inside the unit near the kitchen counter. Please note: if the access card is lost or damaged, a replacement fee of $80.00 will apply. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool area and clubhouse.
