The kitchen is small 2 seater for breakfast. Fully stocked for basic kitchen meals. Local shopping and dining in nearby Caguas and Cayey. Perfect location for connecting with nature through hiking, swimming, zip lining, horseback riding, etc. Popular cities like San Juan, Ponce, are just 1 hour away. Must see island experiences like El Junque, the ferry to Culebra or Vieques, Kioskos Pinones y Luquillo are less than 90 minutes away. Our home is just a 3 minute ride to the famous Pork Highway of Guavate. Enjoy their famous lechoneras, live music, souvenirs shopping and authentic Puerto Rican cuisine.
We recently purchased this beautiful home and are enjoying working and transforming it to be our dream home. The property has all new living room and dining room furniture. New paint on interior and exterior spaces.
The mountains make for cool mornings and breezy evenings. For now, we can’t tell if there is a need for air conditioning. Ceiling fans indoors and outdoors and standing fans in each room keep the place plenty cool.
Bedroom 1 has a master bathroom, large open closet, huge dresser and 2 large nightstands and smart TV
Bedrooom 2 has queen bed, large wardrobe closet and dresser.
Bedroom 3 has a unique location between the balcony and terrace with dresser and privacy doors. The 2nd full bathroom has a detachable shower head and bathtub. The living room and dining room are a large open space with modern furniture, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and sofa bed. My favorite part of the house is our large wrap around marcasina (terrace) fully furnished with dining table, plenty of seating, and even a hammock. Morning and evenings are relaxing and refreshing with 2 outdoor fans and space for a rollout bar cart and tv cart. You’re not going to want to leave. Our kitchen is about to undergo some major renovations but is still very comfortable and has everything you need to make basic meals. The balcony in the back boasts beautiful sunrises and the perfect spot to have morning coffee. Off street private property parking available. You will feel secure and safe to enjoy private time and family fun.
